What Lia is

Lia is an assistant that helps small businesses stay organised: it records sales, expenses and bills from what you say or photograph, reminds you of deadlines and prepares a summary for your accountant.

Lia does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. It uses artificial intelligence and can misinterpret things: check the entries it shows you (there are undo and correct buttons). Tax decisions are yours and your accountant's.

Account

To use Lia you must be 18 or older, provide a valid email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Free trial

Every new account gets 7 days of full use, no card required. At the end of the trial, if you don't pick a plan, Lia stops answering, but your data stays accessible to view, export or delete.

Plans and payment

Current prices: €19.90 per month (recurring monthly charge) or €199 per year (recurring yearly charge). Payments are processed by Stripe.

Prices may change; we'll give at least 30 days' notice and changes apply only from the next renewal.

Fair-use limits: up to 150 AI requests per day and up to 120 spoken replies per day (600 per month). Beyond that, Lia keeps answering in writing the next day.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime in Settings. On the monthly plan, access continues until the end of the paid month with no further charge. On the yearly plan, access continues until the end of the 12 months.

Right of withdrawal: within 14 days of any payment you can ask for a full refund. Just write to our email.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lia for illegal purposes, to upload third-party content without permission, or to overload or circumvent the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice by email.

Your data and our software

The data you send is yours. You can export and delete it whenever you want. The software, the brand and the Lia character are ours. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Lia always available, but we depend on providers (Cloudflare, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Stripe) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We announce scheduled maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here reduces rights granted to you by consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll notify you in the app and by email. Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Last updated: 5 de novembro de 2026.
