FAQ
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No. You talk to Lia in Portuguese (or English) and she answers you. She also reads Dutch invoices and letters and explains them.
Does it handle BTW?
Lia keeps the quarter's sales and expenses and reminds you of the BTW deadline. Filing stays with you or your boekhouder; she prepares the spreadsheet for them.
Is everything in euros?
Yes. You can say how you were paid: pin, Tikkie, iDEAL, cash or bank transfer.
What language is the app in?
The app screens are in Portuguese, made for Brazilians abroad. Lia understands English too.
Does Lia replace my boekhouder?
No. She handles the day-to-day and prepares the monthly pack. Tax decisions stay with them.
How do I pay?
In euros, by iDEAL or card, after the 7-day free trial (no card needed to start).
Do you sell my data?
No. Your data is used only to make Lia work for you. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
What if I don't like it after paying?
You have 14 days after payment to ask for a full refund, and you can cancel anytime.
